This FOREVER FREE park, is within Colorado Springs city limits, which is about an hour to an hour and a half drive from Denver, depending on traffic of course.

Within the boundaries of the park there are 15 miles of hiking, bicycle and Segway tours, rock climbing, guided walks, and more.
